CERTIFICATION AS PMO-AUDIT PROFESSIONAL. Nivel Practitioner 

The PMO Audit Professional Certification workshop is the SECOND step for all current and/or future PMO Leaders under the new learning path, The Master PMO.

In this workshop, participants will learn to identify strengths, weaknesses, improvement opportunities, and potential risks in PMO performance. Through the PMO-AUDIT CheckTool, they will be able to identify areas for improvement to provide solutions to the PMO Sponsor and add value to the PMO.

Various aspects will be examined, such as the PMO structure, processes, methods, and methodologies to be used, roles and responsibilities, optimal management systems and tools, identifying the quality of reports and generated documentation, the level of compliance with established objectives, among many other points.

At the end of the program, participants will achieve three major objectives:

  1. You will conduct a comprehensive 360º audit of your organization applying the successful PMOXperience method.
  2. You will identify the PMO Maturity Level along with the respective solutions to evolve the PMO.
  3. You will present an Executive Report with the results to the PMO Sponsor.

Requirements?

  • Professionals with experience as project leaders/project managers/program and/or portfolio managers, project directors, project auditors who are evaluating auditing, (re)designing, implementing, and leading a PMO in their organization.
  • Preferably, professionals should have any PMO Certification as PMO-FO, PMO-SR, PMO-IG, P3O, PMO-CP or minimium a PMP/Prince2 certification.
  • Professionals with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a PMO, regardless of their role, with an interest in applying best practices and a specific methodology for a project and product management office (PMO).

PMO AUDIT PROFESSIONAL CERTIFIED

At the end of the training, all participants will have all the knowledge to take the exam INCLUDED and obtain the International Certification as PMO AUDIT PROFESSIONAL CERTIFIED signed under Blockchain, which will be sent by email in digital format by the company BlockTac.

How to conduct a PMO Audit in 7 steps using the PMOXperience Method:

Step 1: Objectives and Scope.

Step 2: Organizational Structure and Roles.

Conduct a PMO Audit 360º

4.1 Identify the combination of the PMO Audit with any other(s) of the 23 types identified in Module 1.

4.2 Identify in which type of PMO Classification you consider your PMO Audit should be identified in Module 2.

4.3 Conduct a 360º PMO Audit using the PMOXperience Method.

The final result should include the relationship with the PMO Maturity Level and Delivery Level to categorize and prioritize a Global Portfolio efficiently.
The exercise is applicable for both public and private sectors of any industry.
